A Note From Ann
We homeschool so the "back-to-school" season usually doesn't bring any changes to our routine. We're pretty relaxed homeschoolers and most of our learning happens as daily activities that are driven by the kids' interests so most of my layouts that document our homeschooling journey don't actually look at first glance to be schooling related. We incorporate a lot of field trips, game board play, cooking, gardening, etc as part of our homeschooling so if I were to have a homeschooling album, those are the layouts you would find in there. Of course, we don't have "homework" but for some reason, my son said one day that he wanted to do some...not one to deny him such a thing, I set him up with some crayons and a colouring book ;)
Design note: the die cut paper wasn't the right shade of brown so I used ink to change it's colour to match my chipboard letters...still not perfect but much better! I also used my usual two sizes of pictures: one 4x6 as a focal picture, and a smaller 3x3 to complement it.
