A Note from Aliza
This layout probably requires some translation. Pesach is Hebrew for Passover, which is a wonderful holiday. But it requires a lot of work, eating special foods (or NOT eating most food), using different dishes, and covering many surfaces in the kitchen. There is nothing like all that to make you appreciate the ordinary, everyday, non-holiday goodness.
After 8 days of Pesach, there is nothing like a plain old dinner of pasta, with all our usual sides and condiments. And, it feels so good to eat in our kitchen, with our regular dishes, and nary a piece of aluminum foil in sight.
