A Note from Mary

I’ve been on the lookout for fun pregnancy photos and layouts, so when I spotted mickiedevries’s layout in the WCS Flickr gallery, I made a mental note to use it for inspiration! I loved the clever use of the alphabet blocks and the cropping of the photos to focus on that adorable baby belly! While I also kept my layout fairly clean and simple, I added some detail (bright color, stitching) that help to translate it to my style.

May Fun Fact

My very first nickname was “Roundhouse” because apparently, I had a penchant for taking full-blown swings at my older brother. Lucky for me, he didn’t believe in hitting girls.
