Two and half years old, and so very sweet and beautiful! Only a few hints of baby left.
A Note from Lisa
I like a formulaic mini. Pick a formula and stick with it the whole book, and it will come together like buttah! For this book of 2011 favourite photos, I took a set of 6X8 photos and added a 2x8 strip of paper from my scrap pile to turn each square into an 8X8 block. I used different washi tapes along the edges of each seam, then I glued the photos back to back. I added sub titles with small letter stickers, and added a strip of journaling to most of the photos to explain why they ranked among my favourites. I almost always bind my minis with binder rings-- it's just the easiest method, and easy for the kids to flip through. I will keep this out for a while, then I will slip it into an 8.5X11 page protector and add it to one of my albums. This is a great way to use photos that you have printed out but maybe haven't had an opportunity to scrap. They are special-- don't let them languish in an envelope somewhere!
