A Note from Monika
As so often happens when I’m working on a project, the “idea” light bulb goes off in my head. For my assignment this month, I had planned on a totally different mini-album. When I saw these journaling tags as I was clearing, organizing and purging my stash, I knew that I wanted to use them. Why? Because I felt that there are others of you out there looking for different ways to use the same supplies in new ways.
So, this stash-buster album was created with some older supplies that had not seen the light of day for quite some time and a few of my stand-by items such as baker’s twine, binder rings and gingham ribbon. Using the cues from the journaling tags and the word strip phrases, I built this 3-D love note to my husband!
February Fun Fact
After seeing each other quite by accident on Valentine’s Day, my husband and I began dating {again, but that’s another story} February 15, 1997 and never dated anyone else ever again!
