I'm not sure if you have met Ali or have taken a class from Ali, so in case you haven't, let me describe her a bit. Ali has a low voice that soothes. Just listening to her, your mindset improves. You feel your heart beat slowing as you begin to observe the world more quietly, more thoughtfully. Then as you hear her perspectives, you begin to wonder why you haven't been thinking in her terms all your life. You find yourself wanting to hear more so you can be more. She's just that way.
