Generally I feel as if I am unusally positive and happy. Sometimes I get asked by people if it's an act. Nope, it's all me. I learned in my early 20's that attitude is everything! I try and live deliberately and with kindness.
Harry Potter, hands down is my favorite book/series. There are others that I really enjoy and if I took Harry Potter out of the mix would be favorites. BUT, Harry Potter was life changing for me and my youngest son is named Harrison James, after Harry James Potter!
During my life, I have learned that I've been unusually lucky to have had as much love in support in my life as I have. I've not had a perfect life, but I've never felt less than 100% loved and supported.
One of the most defining moments of my life was October 2011 when my Grandmother died. I learned, from that, a few lessons I hadn't realized before and they have brought me immense peace!
My camera is a Canon 50D. I also have a waterproof Panasonic Lumix, Fuji Instax and my iPhone 4S that gets used more than anything else!
When I scrapbook I am quick! I have a short attention span so all pages are done in under an hour!
Though I began scrapbooking in 2001, I don't think I found my groove until 2012. I'm really starting to feel content with most of my pages and cards.
My favorite scrapbooking colors are aqua and grey. Those are also my favorite colors -- grey has been since I was a teenager.
You might notice that many of my pages include the same elements over and over like shipping tags, doilies and labels. The basics.
I am a stay at home mom to 3 boys. Campbell is 11, Sawyer is 9.5 and Harrison is just about to turn 5. Since 1998 my husband and I have lived in 6 states and we are not a military family. We are currently located in Southern Indiana after living the dream in Southern California for 5.5 years. Scrapbooking is a part of my daily life and I'm so lucky to have a husband that believes that the stories are as important as I do.
