Generally I feel as if I am 26 years old...in my head.
My favorite song is Tupelo Honey by Van Morrison.
During my life, I have lived only in New York.
The most defining moments of my life were the births of my three daughters.
My camera is a Canon Rebel XTi, and my favorite lens is a 75-300mm zoom.
When I scrapbook, I must have my music in the background.
Though I began scrapbooking in 2007, I don't think I found my groove until I started scrapping about my daughter's cancer battle in 2008.
My favorite scrapbooking colors are white, black and kraft.
You might notice that many of my pages include very little besides white cardstock, brads and a single photo.
Jody is one of those people who has always had a camera on her as long as she can remember. She has amassed thousands of photos of her family and friends which were displayed untouched in chronologically-ordered photo albums until two years ago, when she stumbled into scrapbooking. She was honored to be asked to be a 2009 Simple Gal and can still be found with a camera in her face in NY taking photos of her three trained-to-smile-on-cue daughters and husband.
