Generally I feel as if I am 29. I'll always be 29.
My favorite book is Shutterbabe by Deborah Copaken Kogan. My favorite song of all time is anything from Radiohead "The Bends", but I listen to pretty much everything, especially the Indie Singer Songwriter and Bing Crosby stations on Pandora. My favorite movies are the Wizard of Oz and The North Shore, which is an awesome 80s surfing movie.
During my life, I have lived in Michigan. That is all. Just Michigan. I'd love to live in Maui.
One of the most defining moments of my life was when I had my oldest daughter, Lily, in 2007. I never knew something so tiny could change things so much!
My camera is a Canon Rebel xsi, but hopefully not for long! I love my 50mm 1.4 lens best.
When I scrapbook, I must have a picture, some thickers and patterned paper. I'm also recently into twine and washi. Oh, and white cardstock. Love me some white cardstock.
Though I began scrapbooking in 2004 when I got married, I really just got serious about it this past January. Now I may be obsessed.
My favorite scrapbooking colors are pink and white. Although lately I really love blue. And yellow. And maybe red, green and orange, too.
You might notice that many of my pages have photos of my daughters. I kinda love them. And I tend to be somewhat simple and graphic with my designs, although every now and then I layer a bunch of stuff and call it good.
Katie Ehmann lives in Michigan with her awesome husband and two dress-wearing, super frilly, always girly, princess obsessed girls, Lily and Maya. She isn't quite sure how that happened because she loves playing soccer and wearing anything but dresses. She is a school social worker, scrapbooker, wanna-be photographer and do-er of all things crafty. She loves vintage cameras, typewriters, spray paint and estate sales. You can also find her watching really super intellectual, high quality reality television on a regular basis.
