Generally I feel as if I am someone who always overestimates the amount of time that I have in a day and always try to do as much as I can. Most of the time I end up sacrificing my sleep, sneak into my craft corner and start creating when everyone is sound asleep in the wee hours.
Favourite music: Chris Tomlin! I started to enjoy listening to his songs since I was pregnant. Other than that, any music or noise doesn’t get to me when I concentrate on scrapbooking.
During my life, I have learned that “it is the little moments that make life big”. I am learning to appreciate all the bits and pieces in my life, whether it is a happy or a sad moment. Life is just too short to cry over spilled milk!
One of the most defining moments of my life was the day my baby boy was born! He is a happy 4-month-old now and there are times I still couldn't believe he is my little cutie!
My camera is an Olympus OMD-EM5 with a Panasonic Lumix 20mm f/1.7 lens. I am petite so I resort to a micro four third camera.
When I scrapbook I like to have lots of supplies & medium within my reach so that I could add them to my project any time.
Though I only began scrapbooking in Oct 2011, I didn't find my groove until I was 5 months pregnant and found my love for Instagram. There are so many amazing projects been shared on Instagram by a lot of creative people. And I even scrapbook more than ever after I have had a newborn.
My favorite scrapbooking colors are white and pastel colors. You can't go wrong with anything pastel!
You might notice that many of my pages include machine stitching and also vellum. I just don’t feel that my projects are complete without adding some machine stitching now!
Sam is a paper addict based in Singapore. Sam just gave birth to a baby boy, Ivan, at Easter time this year. She started scrapbooking when she moved to Singapore 2 years ago. She joined a beginner scrapbook class in one of the local scrapbook store and has been hooked since then. Sam is currently a SAHM who enjoys playing with papers, glue and scissors until the wee hours.
