Journaling
Sadie couldn’t contain her excitement when she found out we were going to have lunch at the American Girl Café in Los Angeles. Sadie and Bitty Baby (dressed in her finest, of course) and Delilah and her stuffed animal had a lovely lunch with their moms and their grandmother. Sadie love all the little details, from the special chair for her doll to the tiny teacup to the fancy dessert. It was a very special day! 12/09
A Note from Vivian
I put off scrapping these photos because the lighting at the American Girl Café was atrocious. We were seated in a balcony area and everyone was either backlit or in horrendous shadows. I used mostly smaller prints to take the attention away from the bad lighting and used bright papers to add back in some of the colors that should have been in the photos.
April Fun Fact
I still think about the salad I had at the American Girl Café. The croutons were made out of pumpkin bread – so clever and so yummy! They were perfect with a salad with cranberries and chicken.
