A Note from Sarah
My layout was inspired by Lisa's layout. There are a few things that I really love about this layout. I love how she used a single word paired with a definition to draw attention to the subject of the layout. I also loved her take on the chevron trend, and how she used that to anchor her photo. I decided to use trendy triangles on my page, as they work with my son’s current fascination with polygons!
June Fun Fact
I was thrilled to be paired with Lisa for my first gallery assignment. Lisa and I are real-life good friends, and she lives just a short walk down the street from me. This makes impromptu scrapping nights, with biscotti and red wine, a breeze! We not only share scrapbooking as a hobby, but we also both love to sew, especially cute dresses for our daughters.
