A Note from Monika
Even though this layout doesn’t have a single photo, I compensated by using plenty of color and patter and texture. I represented each member of our family, even my oldest who is no longer living at home {sigh} by repeating the same technique for each person, just adding their first name initial to signify what their “NOW” milestones were.

G | holding on to 39, planning our Myrtle Beach vacation, wondering if he’ll make it with three women in the house
M | heading to Great Lakes for Zach’s Navy Boot Camp graduation, organizing and decorating the new craft room, wondering why kids have to grow up so quickly
I | working on multiplication tables, having fun with the Wii, swimming like a fish and lovin’ it
V | beginning to read, having fun with the Wii, swimming without water wings/life jacket and lovin’ it
Z | graduating from Navy Boot Camp, heading to Charleston, S.C. for A School, missing home?

August Fun Fact
Not so sure this is going to be fun {at first} but all my kids will be in school and I’ll be home alone. My oldest, 19, is away training with the Navy, the middle {8 on the first day of 2nd grade} and the youngest {5 and entering Kindergarten} will be heading to a new school. It will be my first time as a SAHM with no kids to stay-at-home with. Bittersweet.
