A Note from Kathy
Tis the season for ice cream! Actually, I eat ice cream all year long, but in the summertime, I make sure to get a few extra scoops!
Journaling
Ice cream and summer go together like peas and carrots or peanut butter and jelly. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fair weather fan when it comes to ice cream. I’ll eat ice cream mid-winter, but during the summer and vacation time, I make sure to consume my share of scoops! These yummy pictures were taken during our stay-cation 2012!
August Fun Fact
I could easily eat an entire pint of ice cream in one sitting, if I allowed myself! I used to when I was younger and my metabolism could keep up.
