A Note from Monika
Looking Back...this month’s theme. So I literally went looking back to a stack of photos that have been calling out for some attention and pulled this photo of my now 20-year old son. This photo was printed 3 years ago at which time I sat down and wrote some journaling about the photo. How’s that for looking back on a photo taken 17 years ago and journaling written 3 years ago finally coming to life on a layout.

Hidden behind my photo: Looking back on you at 3...Lovin‘ those sweet chubby arms and legs. Lovin‘ that sun-bleached blonde hair. And lovin‘ that you were headed of on an adventure. We still have your blockie wagon and I kept the backpack you had as well. Your Great Granny Johnson gifted the wagon to you and Oma chose the stylin‘ hat and backpack from Gymboree. I kept so many of your blocks and Legos to pass on to your children one day, but it turned out that you had sisters that got to play with them, too.

September Fun Fact
I haven’t ridden a bike since I was in my teens. My husband earned incentive points through his company and chose a bike for me, which I am guessing means I need to get my little tooshie on and actually now ride. Watch out girls, Mama’s on two wheels!
