A Note from Keshet
Since I was working with the photos I had at home, I decided to use the “shadows” theme creatively. I focused on a photo that evoked memories of the past and wrote about how I remember my life at the time the photo was taken.
Journaling
It’s so strange to look back on this photo—my bedroom as a first year law student in Philly. In this room, I got homesick and tried to make friends. In this room, I debated if law school was really right for me. In this room, I dated B and cried over him. And this room, I first talked to S on the phone. Seeing this room just brings back so many shadows of the past….
October Fun Fact
I’m finding out the gender of my baby in only 2 weeks! But, I think we’re going to torture everyone and keep it a secret!
