A Note from Kathy Martin
I’ve been keeping a crochet and knitting board on Pinterest even though I don’t know how to do either. Just a couple weeks ago I decided to take the plunge and found a YouTube tutorial saved on my board and taught myself to crochet.
Journaling
I hear a lot of jokes and comments about how much time people spend on Pinterest. I think it’s time well spent because I’ve gotten so many wonderful recipes there and an endless amount of inspiration. Most recently I was inspired to pick up a crochet hook and made a washcloth. The next day I was making a scarf. I think I’ll try a blanket now.
August Fun Fact
I finished the scarf and look forward its snuggly warmth around my neck this winter. I’m currently working on a blanket and I’m a quarter of the way done!
