A Note from Aliza
Just a little story of one of our little moments. It’s a bit of a two-in-one. I can record Max’s first foray into school sports, and the fact that this family’s default mode is to make jokes and tease each other.
Journaling
In the second semester of senior year, Max decided to join his first school sports team. Ever. On the morning of this game, Dave was teasing Max over something or another. Because, that is how things work here. In response, Max said to Dave, “You’re a nerd, and I’m a jock now, so I make fun of you.”
