A Note From Francine
The title of the page is taken from a West Indian nursery rhyme. These photos of my sister and I were taken in 1979 when I was 11 and she was 8. I had just entered secondary school and was so excited!
Notes:
1. The design with the alphabet was inspired by an image I saw in an art book.
2. I paper pieced the school bell by downloading a clip art image, resizing it in my photo editor, and cutting it into pieces to use as a template. 3. I opened out a mini envelope to use as a template to make the envelope from patterned paper. I tucked a tag with the journaling inside.
