A Note from Aly
I made the pocket for the library card by folding a block of patterned paper in half and opening it, trimming ¼ inch strips off both sides of the bottom half (leaving ¼ inch flaps on both sides of the top half), punching a semi circle from the top of the block with my circle punch, and then folding the block in half again, folding the ¼ inch flaps on the sides back, and adhering them to the back of the pocket.
