A Note From Melissa
This spread is from a mini book about me. Though I vary what I serve with it, this yummy baked French toast is a constant on Christmas morning. I love traditions, even simple ones like food. They provide anticipation along with a sense of comfort and connectedness. It makes me smile to know that whenever my children look at these pages, they’ll know immediately what the recipe is for and how it tastes. And someday, maybe one or more of them will carry on the tradition themselves.
