5 x 6 mini-album | materials patterned paper (Cosmo Cricket) + cardstock (WorldWin) + bracket journal spot (Making Memories) + jump rings (Hobby Lobby) + fabric (craft supply) + Bind-it-All + pen (Sharpie) + adhesive (Scotch, Fiskars)

A Note from Monika
I used the line Garden Variety {elements} by Cosmo Cricket which was designed as a whole sheet of journaling spots! This allowed me to embellish and adorn my mini-album with 13 elements using just one sheet of patterned paper! I fussy cut around several of the images to use as embellishments. I defined my five items as:

I was attracted to this patterned paper because it had several journaling spots with peas and I used to call one of my daughters Sweet Pea! Then when I saw the “Ready, Set, Grow” I knew that I was going to make something to do with a photo of me with each of my kids in their {and my} younger years! Almost all of the sweet pea journaling cards have 3 peas, too. So fitting, for me at least, since we have three kids.

I adorned the outside and inside covers with some scrap fabric I had, adhering it to a heavyweight cardstock with a glue stick and burnishing it with the side of my bone folder. I attached some of the journaling spots with jump rings directly to the Bind-it-All o-wires.

September Fun Fact
My mom and my husband both have September birthdays, born 30 years and 8 days apart.
