A Note from Cheryl

My friend, Ramona, asked me to do a layout using a specific colour scheme for an article she was writing at www.scrapjazz.com. She sent the colours and I gave myself a little mental high five. These are my happy colours – or slight variations of them. Strange, when you look at my wardrobe you see grey, brown, black and white with the occasional splash of colour (which mostly hang there and never get worn) and when you look at my house the decor is mostly browns, greys, white and black (although I went out on a limb for my scrapbook room which is a lovely blue...well, blue-grey). But when you open up my scrapbooks and flip through them, my go-to colours seem to be variations of this, usually with a hefty helping of white. I don't really think about it or analyze it, but I seem to be drawn to these colours because they make me feel good. And in this case, I guess I have to say, if it feels good – do it!
