A Note From Jody
There are some recipes that you just do not want to forget, and although this dinner doesn’t score high for good looks, it sure does taste good! When I was asked to contribute to a recipe album this recipe came straight to mind as my boys are always asking for it.
The colours of the ingredients dictated my colour scheme with red and green jumping out at me. The Basic Grey paper was used in my Christmas album but seemed to fit this layout just fine (note: never think that a paper is locked into a theme just because it is named that way – if it works, it’s good!).
In this layout I simply wanted to get the recipe down and so the journaling is just the recipe. Wouldn’t it be nice if all the recipes in my recipe folder looked like this, and not the collection of handwritten and torn out sheets of paper that currently reside there!
March Fun Fact
The weather may still be warm but we are now officially at the start of autumn, which is my favourite season.
