Here it is, the end of the week and our final Father's Day post. We've shared cards, handmade gift ideas, mini albums, ideas for involving kids and some free printables. Today we are going to celebrate the Fathers in our life with layouts all about them.
I can't think of a better way to celebrate a father then a layout of him with his newborn child, like Donna did here with these precious photos of her husband and their newborn son.
In this layout Celeste highlights the activities that her husband and son enjoy doing together, along with a sweet photo of them.
I can not think of a better way to celebrate a father than a layout about the things that you are proud of him for. Christa really made it special by including a picture drawn by one of her daughters.
You can also involve the kids by having them journal on the layout themself, like I did here. I kept it simple and asked them to each write just three words that described their Dad. I love that I have their handwriting on the layout.
Amy, takes a different approach with her heart-felt layout about her hopes for her son when he one day becomes a Father.
Thank you so much for joining us this week as we celebrated the fathers in our life. We hope we've given you some ideas to help celebrate. No excuses...you have plenty of time to get ready. So, pull out that grill, and prepare his favorite cut of meat, give him a meaningful gift made by the kids and spend the day hanging out together. Make sure you capture a few photos to make a layout celebrating him!
