Month 11 is here. How on earth did November arrive so quickly? With the holiday season just around the corner, we are excited for the calm before the storm. And we hope it provides you with some inspiration to help you put together a few pages before the cooking, baking, and shopping goes into full swing.
The gallery this month is tremendous. The team completely outdid themselves with layouts that are amazing--beautiful to gaze upon as will as filled to the brim with ideas for journaling, design, and photos. Join me in welcoming November and our new gallery, Dreaming.
Where Dreams Come True | Carey Bridges
12 x 12 | materials digital kits (Dawn by Design, Gennifer Bursett and Laura Passage Photobomb; Sabrina’s Creations Photogenic; Gennifer Bursett More Cowbell; Scotty Girl Design Walt’s Park) + journal card (British Designs and Sahlin Studio Project Mouse: Quote Cards) + font (Waltograph)
A Note from Carey
For this photo from our Dream vacation to Disney World, I wanted to pull the blues and grays of the castle (which also serendipitously matches our shirts). The journal card with a quote from Walt Disney was the perfect addition to complete the page. I didn't realize until I was working on this layout that Mickey and Minnie are performing at the castle in the background behind us. Such great memories!
November Fun Fact
I'm busy planning our next trip to Disney World - I can't wait to go back!
Girl's Dream | Jina Jean

A Note from Jina
I tried to print full A4 size photo from my new printer. And I chose a bold patterned paper, big tags, big gemstone and big wood veneer for big photo layout. I bet these BIG embellishments are fit for young girl's dream of becoming a beautiful bride(or princess). DREAM BIG! :)
November Fun Fact
This season reminds me of an old song, "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses. It was one of favorite songs in my teenage years and I still remember Axl Rose had a wonderful vocal tone.

A Note from Cristina
This page is more than about the weather. I am dreaming of a white Christmas to be spent with out families, even though it's just not in the cards for this year. But I will keep dreaming of it nonetheless.
November Fun Fact
My husband's birthday always falls around Thanksgiving time, so more often than not he ends up with birthday pie instead of birthday cake. I'm curious to see what we end up getting him this year!
My Dream for You | Amy Kingsford
8.5 x 11 | materials cardstock (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs) + patterned paper (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs, Far and Away by Gennifer Bursett) + buttons (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs) + brads (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs, Far and Away by Gennifer Bursett) + alphas (Autumn Bliss by Karla Dudley, In Good Company by Pizels and Company) + flowers (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs) + ribbon (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs) + tag (Far and Away by Amy Kingsford) + mist (Everyday Sentiments by Anita Designs) + fonts (Courier New and Jellyka Queen of Saint Andrew)
A Note from Amy
This layout was inspired by a recent photo I took of my boys together. My boys have the usual love-hate relationship expected of young siblings, but I really do pray that as they grow up they will learn to always be kind to one another, support one another in their endeavors and most importantly come to understand that we are very proud of both of them.
I aimed to create an everyday feel in the elements and papers I chose for my page, in colors pulled directly from my photo.
November Fun Fact
Our family has a fun tradition we uphold each November in which we make a Gratitude Jar, fill it with the things we are most grateful for and celebrate one thing each day throughout the month. This year my almost-three-year-old son will be adding some of the things he is grateful for to our jar, which is sure to make things interesting!
Dare to Dream | Valerie O'Neall
12 x 12 | materials patterned paper (My Mind's Eye) + phrase stickers (My Mind's Eye) + thickers (American Crafts) + small alpha (October Afternoon, Jillibean Soup) + phrase stamp (American Crafts) + 4x6 journal tag (My Mind's Eye) + washi tape (My Mind's Eye) + other (star confetti & typewriter)
A Note from Valerie
These photos of my son are recent favorites. I used lots of My Mind's Eye goodies to create a layout with them. I chose to keep the background more on the simple side to allow the photos to stand out.
November Fun Fact
The apple tree in our yard was completely overloaded with awesome apples this year. I canned applesauce for the first time and made lots of apple crisp! Yum!
Dreaming of Softball | Laura O'Donnell
8.5 x 11 | materials patterned paper (Studio Calico Atlantic) + alphas (BasicGrey) + dies (Technique Tuesday Banners, Say It Awesome) + acrylic stars (Studio Calico) + staples (Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher) + fonts (Thirsty Rough, Worn Machine) + photo filter (Adrienne Looman Little Kisses)
A Note from Laura
My daughter plays field hockey in the fall and softball in the spring/summer. She doesn't have any winter sports so I was thinking about the long wait for the weather to warm up so she can get back outside playing ball. This is a favorite photo from a few years back that I enhanced with a photo filter to keep with the "dream" theme for this month.
November Fun Fact
Several years ago I found a recipe for grilled turkey and we've been making it every year. I love it because with the turkey outside on the grill my oven is free to bake all of the side dishes.
You Are My Dream Come True | Amy Coose
12 x 12 | materials cardstock (Bazzill) + patterned paper (Chic Tags) + tags (Chic Tags) + stars (Studio Calico) + paper clip (Maya Road) + twine (American Crafts) + ink (Studio Calico) + paint (hero arts) + pen (American Crafts) + fonts (Grand Hotel)
A Note from Amy
This layout was an easy one, I had this picture of my kids that I loved, and when I heard what this month's theme was, I knew exactly what I'd do. They are my world, and making me a mom was a dream come true. It's always nice to have a layout like this to remind me how much I adore them when they are fighting (my older two), or not sleeping (my sweet baby). :)
November Fun Fact
I look forward to Thanksgiving all year long. It is seriously my favorite meal ever, and I am so blessed that my mother in law is an amazing cook and I don't have to do a thing. :)
Dream Big | Ann Costen
12 x 12 | materials software (Adobe) + digital kits (Various) + fonts (Travelling Typewriter, Rockwell Extra Bold, Kunstler Script)
A Note from Ann
As most young kids do, my boy has big dreams! Actually to him these are not dreams but rather a checklist of all the things he will accomplish. Going to the Olympics, inventing a new renewable energy source, making a time machine…none of these seem impossible to him! I love that. ☺
November Fun Fact
While I was away on a business trip, my husband and kids went to the orchard and came back with 40 lbs of apples. We have been making (and eating) apple crisp almost daily and still have about 20 lbs to go!

A Note from Jenny
I am ashamed to say that I am not a dreamer. I’m excessively practical with my feet on the ground. This assignment made me wonder a bit about what I might be missing being so practical, so I set my mind loose a bit and jotted down some ideas. Most of my dreams involve going places, interesting enough.
November Fun Fact
For our Thanksgiving meal I am responsible for the sweet potato casserole, the vegetables, and the cranberry sauce. My husband (blessedly) does the rest!

A Note from Monika
I had this photo taken when my older boy turned 7 years. I love how he was posing but not posing at all. He is so natural. He was looking at clouds, so I decide to cut clouds from patterned paper and add cut stamped vellum, and add all these thing above his head. I like how it turned out. I didn't add any journaling, because of these phrase stamps.
November Fun Fact
November is busy month for my family this year. And this is one of these months which I don’t really like at all. So we will have to try to survive the 30 days of November and then will be my fav month – December!

I've been doing Weight Watchers since the beginning of July. I've only got a few more pounds to lose, but I still dream about eating all kinds of things and not have the calories stick, ha ha! My husband always says that he believes that french fries are healthy in heaven. :) For this layout, I took a screenshot of Pinterest on my computer and printed it on 4x6 photo paper.
November Fun Fact
Three years ago we hosted Thanksgiving at our house for the first time. We made Pioneer Woman's herb-roasted turkey recipe, along with Bobby Flay's Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranates and Vanilla-Pecan Butter. Everything turned out so good!
Dreams | Stephanie Bryan
12 x 12 | materials cardstock (Bazzill Basics) + patterned paper (Crate Paper) + brads (Crate Paper) + thickers (American Crafts, BasicGrey) + tags (Crate Paper) + mist (Heidi Swapp) + stickers (American Crafts, Crate Paper)
A Note from Stephanie
I really loved putting this layout together. It always feels so good to get your thoughts and feelings down on paper. For this month's theme, "dreams," I chose to write a letter to my children about my hopes and dreams for them. I typed my journaling onto vellum because I love the Seamstress paper from Crate Paper so much and didn't want to cover it completely! I finished this layout with a few more paper layers, tags and simple embellishments. I wanted my journaling to be the main focus of this page.
November Fun Fact
My Thanksgiving meal is not complete without macaroni & cheese, green bean casserole, stuffing and pumpkin pie! I could pass on the turkey, but not the sides!

I was stuck when I got to know the theme for November gallery is DREAM. Then I browse through all the photos that I have printed and found this photo of me & my boy. I have never envisioned myself being a mom, but now I could proudly say that being a momma is my best, dream job ever!
November Fun Fact
I am kinda look forward to the month of November because I can start doing Christmas shopping. We don’t particularly celebrate Christmas but I still very much enjoy doing Christmas shopping, putting up simple decoration, etc. I like how the malls and stores are decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. And part of me is jumping in joy because I am done moving (relocating) back to Malaysia, with all the baby stuff and scrapbooking stuff. I am amazed by how many scrapbook supplies I have bought in 2 years time. LOL

At first I thought it was a bit of a stretch to use these photos for the “Dreams” gallery, though these three really had been dreaming and planning and talking about these costumes since July. Of course, they are already talking about next year. And, my husband woke up one day and said he had a dream about next year’s costume. So, I guess it’s not much of a stretch at all.
November Fun Fact
I am slightly addicted to playing Solitaire on my phone.
