Hello and welcome to day 2 of card week. Today we will be looking at "love" themed cards using the same sketch that I posted yesterday. Again, like yesterday, I have several of the other girls from the team that have contributed some amazing cards to inspire you.
First up is this patchwork style card by Laura.
She rotated the sketch and has the greeting and elements along the right side of the card.
This card by Jennie, follows the same design as the card she used yesterday, she simply substituted the black and color elements.
Francine shared this beautiful card with crocheted hearts and a doily.
Amy Coose sent me some love themed tags inspired by the sketch.
Lisa, shared this clever heart card made using pieced together triangles.
I made the remaining love themed cards. For this first one I used a cut file for my greeting and replaced one of the butterfly embellishments with a greeting at the top of the card.
This card I rotated the sketch and moved the greeting to the top right corner.
I followed the sketch closely for this card, only adding some additional embellishments to the design.
This last card I added an envelope to the design and moved the greeting to the bottom.
