Hi everyone! It's Aliza here today. This is one of those quicker little posts that I hope will provide a little jumpstart for some scrapping.
Many, if not all, of us has large stashes of supplies and scraps that we know we should be using but sometimes it can be challenging to feel inspired by older product when new ones are so...new. It can also be a challenge to be inspired to scrap if you feel like nothing too exciting has been happening, or if you haven't been taking many photos lately.
And then every once in a while there is a magic that happens when you have a photo that has been sitting around for a while, (whether printed, on your hard drive, or on your phone), and a story emerges, and you realize that the two can go together.
I had printed this photo (and a few others with it) at the beginning of the summer, because I just loved the blue, and you know, we are supposed to be trying to get ourselves into our scrapbooks. But after it was printed, for the life of me, I did not have much to say about it.
So the photo sat amongst other photos, until one day I decided to scrap about me and all my fears. And then, this page was born.
(Don't worry, I have a story sitting in waiting to be scrapped, about all the things I can do instead of being brave.)
Here is another example, of a photo I have wanted to scrap since the summer, but again, there was no story to accompany it, until there was.
So, in addition to looking through your stash, take a look through your photos or some stories you have been wanting to tell, and you just might find a match!
