Hi Everyone. How cold is where you are? I know it's been a cold winter when I look at the day's forecast and say, "Oh good. It's in the 20's. That's not too bad."
But back to the matter at hand: Scrapbooking. I have been looking through some of my recent layouts, and could not help but notice that I have been working with some long titles lately. When my titles get that way, it often takes a bit of work to figure out where all those letters will go. One way to create some order out of the chaos of alphas, is to line up the outer edge of the title with another element.
In this layout the title is aligned with the strips of paper below.
While in this one, it is aligned with the journaling:
And, finally, in this layout, the title fits into the same space as the photos and patterned paper block.
I know there are scrapbookers out there who can create long and whimsical titles that flow throughout the page. I am not one of those people. How about you?
