Hello! I am so excited to be with you today. I loved Amy's post yesterday. She moves me so very much with her writing. Did you read her journaling? It's always so on point. The story of capturing the photo has the right amount of detail, wit, and love. Man, I so appreciate her talent for writing. I do not share it, but use it to inspire me.
So let's talk scraplifting. I sometimes have trouble documenting the holidays. It's true. It has some to do with my inability to come up with multiphoto layouts that I love. And some because I lack Amy's flair for writing. But Halloween is just around the corner, so I need to get last year's photos scrapped. So what's a girl with a time crunch to do? Scraplift oneself, of course.
I went looking for a layout that could house lots of photos. I started with holiday layouts, knowing they often are packed with photos. And I found one! A Christmas one.
I stuck to the basic structure, altering little. The layouts won't be side by side. And we all know the scrapbooking police are scared of me. So... Christmas became Halloween! Tada!
I love it when a layout comes together. :)
Thank you for stopping by today. I really hope you, too, might find it fun to scraplift yourself from one holiday to another. Have a great day!
