Hello, and happy new year to everyone! It's Aliza here today, and Valerie will also be joining us this week. In honor of the new year, we are scrapbooking layouts inspired by the word "year." It could be about the new year, the old year, or any other years you can think of. For my layout today, I took a look all the way back to 2015. Remember that year? It was a good one.
Every once in a while I like to make a layout about "The Year of...." It's a great way to gather a few photos, events, or observations into one layout. Here's one from long ago, in 2012.
I went back to that phrase just recently, because in 2015, my husband surprised me with two great gifts. We are usually extremely simple when celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. I think we are best described as homebodies, so we are often happy to celebrate close to home. But 2015 included both a concert and overnight getaway-just the two of us!
