Thank you for all your kind comments yesterday. You are kind! It makes it easy to remember why we do what we do. :)
So let's chat about getting back in the saddle. How do you? Just climb in and kick the horse and hold on for dear life? Or go visit the horse day after day and then one day slide back up? Or make yourself a (mental) list about how to ride the horse and then methodically tick off the boxes? You guessed it. That last one is me.
First I picked up a topic. Summer vacation. Then I went and looked for a photo that would represent. Edited it and got it all ready. I really liked the blues in the picture, so I went hunting for some patterned paper to match. Found some. Cut it. Placed it. Discarded it. Cut it differently. Tossed that out too. Began to feel grateful that I am working digitally so as to not have destroyed two papers. :) :) :)
Ditched the idea of paper and went looking for my tent embellishment. Found it and dropped it on. And decided even though it looks a bit 1999, I was leaving it there! Added some journaling and boom! Nearly done. Just a couple of little extras and I have a new page.
I like it! And it feels so good to be scrapbooking again. Will you join me? You can pick a topic, or use mine. I'm good either way. I would love to see your pages. Or just link me up to one you have done recently. Maybe it will be my inspiration for tomorrow's page!!
Love you all!
